One Capital Residences Apartments
Capital Smart City is the 1st Smart City in Pakistan and ranked 4th in Asia. It is a housing society that has been designed on urban management with three principles of the smart economy, smart housing, and smart environment. This housing society is owned and developed by Future Holdings Developments Ltd (FDHL) and Habib Rafiq (Pvt) Ltd (HRL).
