Blue World City is a project of the Blue Group of Companies (BGC) in collaboration with China’s famous Shan Jian Municipal Engineering Company.

Blue World City NOC
The planning permission of the BWC for 427 Kanal land was issued by the Rawalpindi Development Authority in 2018 with reference # 532/10/DC. However, there was a jurisdiction conflict between the RDA and District Council in regard to the approval of the NOC of the housing societies. The government has resolved this issue by signing the 2021 Local Bodies Ordinance. The ordinance says that the approval of residential societies will be given by the District Council not the RDA. Therefore, the NOC of BWC is going to be approved by the Rawalpindi District Council and the NOC approval is under process.

Blue World City General Block was the first block launched by society. It has direct access from Gate one of the society which is located on Chakri Road. Its first balloting was done in 2019 in which the management issued plot numbers to those who paid 90% of their payments. Its 2nd balloting was done on 23 March 2022. This block offers 5 Marla, 8 Marla, 10 Marla, 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal residential plots, and 5 Marla commercial plots. BWC General Block is the most developed block in society.
Blue World City Awami Residential Complex
Blue World City Awami Complex is built in front of the General Block. This block is planned to support the vision of Pakistan’s Prime Minister’s vision of the “Naya Pakistan Housing Program”. This complex provides a low-cost housing system for investors. The BWC Awami Complex will overcome the housing crisis in the country by providing premium facilities at a low cost.
