Capital Smart City New Master Plan was launched in October 2021. Overseas Central Balloting

First round of balloting for Capital Smart City Overseas Central District occurred in 2022, with 70% of the area being balloted. The second round of balloting will commence after the Lahore Smart City Balloting. 

Members of Overseas Central who have reserved the commercial plots and have cleared their dues before February 17th are eligible to choose the location of their plots. Additionally, members must clear 80% of their payment to participate in the Capital Smart City Overseas Central balloting, scheduled for March 11th, 2023. 

Those who have cleared 100% of their payment may choose their plots without balloting. The deadline for clearing dues has been extended to March 4th, 2023. Members who obtained their files must pay a 50% payment or payable installment to qualify for balloting, which encompasses both residential and commercial plots. It is crucial to note that both types of plots are included in the balloting.

Overseas Central Possession

Capital Smart City Overseas Prime 1 Balloting

Overseas Pakistanis can pay the installments through Debit/Credit Cards, Currency Exchange Companies, and Foreign Telegraphic Transfers with Pakistani Bank Account.
