Overseas Central Balloting

First round of balloting for Overseas Central District occurred in 2022, with 70% of the area being balloted. The second round of balloting will commence after the Lahore Smart City Balloting.

Members of Overseas Central who had cleared their dues before February 17th are eligible to choose the location of their plots. Additionally, members who cleared 80% of their payment were involved in the Capital Smart City Overseas Central balloting on March 11th, 2023.

Those who had cleared 100% of their payment were eligible to choose their plots without balloting. The deadline for clearing dues was  extended to March 4th, 2023.

The balloting of Overseas East was held on 11th March 2023 to allow members with 100% cleared amounts to choose the location of their plots.

Capital Smart City Overseas East Villa Apartment balloting took place on 11th March 2023. The management allowed the members with a minimum of 50% payment clearance to choose their villa apartments. A cancellation and escalation policy was for members who did not get apartments in this balloting. This policy wasn’t valid for less than 25% of the payment.

Overseas East Smart Villas allowed members with 100% cleared dues to choose the location. The members who had cleared 25%, 50%, and 100% payment were allowed to choose their villa apartments in Harmony Park Overseas East. The management announced the possession of Capital Smart City Overseas Prime Block, Overseas East Block, and Executive Block-1 Sector B.

The members got 30% development charges back by starting the construction of their houses before 31 March 2023.
