Capital Smart City Overseas Central balloting has been announced by the management of Capital smart city. After endless efforts, planning and strategies, finally, CSC has announced the balloting for the members and sales partners.

Capital Smart City Overseas Central Balloting Event

Now balloting has been announced, the balloting event will be held in February 2022. Capital Smart city developments have been going upward for the last few months, which is a good sign for members and sales partners as well. Rapid developments by Capital smart city are housing society that housing society is serious to complete it sooner. Capital Smart City Master Plan 2023

No doubt this housing society is working very rapidly. Only a week ago, the complete Capital Smart City Master Plan 2023 was launched. New interchange location was also disclosed by society. Capital Smart City Islamabad map was also been represented to the public. All these developments have pointed out that society is very focused and serious towards company’s goals.

Capital Smart City Balloting Policies

1- First come first serve basis

In Capital Smart City Overseas Central Balloting, Society is giving the extra leverage to those members who have paid 100% down payment. As they can choose the location without balloting. The members who have paid a down payment of 40% to 50%, will have to pay the remaining amount before 21 December 2021, if they want to choose their favorite location. However, the location will also be located on a first come first serve basis.

2- Get your choice of land

To be eligible for the Capital Smart City Overseas Central Balloting, the members who have booked after 1st July 2018 to 31st December 2019 have to pay all their remaining installments before November 30th, 2021. They will get the chance of owning lands on front blocks if their payments are clear.

3- Outstanding Installments

To be eligible for Capital Smart City Overseas Central Balloting, Members must pay 50% or outstanding installments (whichever is higher) if they have booked between 1st January 2020 till 31st December 2020.

4- Eligibility for Balloting

Those members are also eligible for balloting who have booked plots from 1st January 2021 on upfront 40%, 50%, and 100%. These members also can get the land of their own choice.

5- Must Pay 50%

Those members are also eligible for balloting if they have booked plots on 20% between 6th April to 22nd May 2020. They can also get the place of their own choice if they paid 50% amount of the plots (according to the previous letter Ref # FDHI/ MISC/ 004/29/207).

6- Blocked Files

To be eligible for balloting, blocked files of 2018/19 on 20% must clear their payments before 30th November.

7- Lump Sum Amount

Members could get the land of their own choice if they paid a 40% lump sum amount of plot value (outstanding only).

8- Acknowledgment Receipts

Housing Society will issue receipts of eligibility for balloting. Members must get their receipts after full payment.

9- Members of the last 4 years

Members of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 respectively will get their choice of land. They will be informed in the first week of February 2022.

10- Balloting Plots

For now, overall balloting is for residential and commercial plots.

11- Overseas Central Balloting dates

According to the Capital Smart City management, overseas central balloting will start in the last quarter of 2022.

Capital Smart City announce the Balloting of Overseas Central (Ex Overseas 2 Block). This is a great achievement towards the provision of the project at a very fast track. Possession shall start from the last Quarter of 2022.

All the above policies are easy and fair overall. There were many struggles and skirmishes to come to this point. But finally, major developments have been made and will be done in the next 6 months.
