The capital smart city is offering a discount on development charges, in which 12 Marla and 1 Kanal will be more facilitated. Kanal plot development charges are 27,50,000 after discount it will be 13,75.000, people who will purchase plots earlier will get 50% discount, for example, there are 150 Plots in Kanal blocks, first 25 plots will get 50 % discount on construction in every block.  Likewise, the first 25 plots of every block of 5,7, and 10 Marla will get a 50% discount but 80 % percent of the residential area is covered by category 1 plots so fewer people will be facilitated with this offer.

You will get this discount on development charges when you apply for the possession you will get a lump sum of 25% discount on development charges and the remaining discount after completion of your house.

Development charges of 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots are constant for everyone.

Capital Smart City Booking Procedure

The process of booking slots can be simple if you book through Makaan Solutions.

• The first thing to do is to have your development officer from Makaan Solutions guide you through the various features, locations, and maps that are part of the housing society, along with explaining the investment possibilities.
• When you have completed the process, you will be required to submit two passport-sized photographs and a copy of your CNIC. Also, you must give a copy nominee’s CNIC.
• When you have all the paperwork in order, Your asset manager will help you fill out the booking form.
• After you’ve filled out the form for booking, You will have to connect and for payment ways. Your Manager from Makaan Solutions will guide you through the procedure.
