The most important question to ask is, “development charges in Capital smart city”. Initially, it is said by Malik Aslam in different interviews that we will have more number of charges on (5,7,10 Marla) and less number of charges on 12 Marla, 1, and 2 Kanal plots. This is because the costing price of small plots after providing facilities is more than the costing price on 12 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanal plots.   • Final development charges of 7 Marla are 8,50,000 (121,300 per Marla)
  • Initially, the development charges of 10 Marla were 160,0000 per Marla but after the negotiations, the charges are 12,50,000(1,25,000per Marla)

Now if we talk about category 2 plots limited inventory is sold so the development charges are high as they are in limited blocks covering 20 percent area of the city.

  • Launching development charges of 12 Marla were 20,00,000 and now charges are 16,00,000 (133,300 per Marla)
  • 30,00,000 charges were implemented on 1 Kanal plot but now charges are 27,50,500 (137,500 Per Marla)

The capital smart city is offering a discount on development charges, in which 12 Marla and 1 Kanal will be more facilitate. Kanal plot development charges are 27,50,000 after discount it will be 13,75.000, people who will purchase plots earlier will get 50% discount, for example, there are 150 Plots in Kanal blocks, first 25 plots will get 50 % discount on construction in every block.  Likewise, the first 25 plots of every block of 5,7, and 10 Marla will get a 50% discount but 80 % percent of the residential area is covered by category 1 plots so fewer people will be facilitated with this offer. You will get this discount on development charges when you apply for the possession you will get a lump sum of 25% discount on development charges and the remaining discount after completion of your house.

Development charges of 4 Marla and 8 Marla commercial plots are constant for everyone.

  • There are 22,00,000 charges of 4 Marla commercial plot.
  • And 44,00000 charges on 8 Marla commercial plot
