Nilore Overseas Residencia Phase 1 Balloting Result
The balloting of Nilore Heights Residencia Phase 1 was supposed to be held in May of 2023. However, a dispute caused the delay in the balloting. Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NPHDA) filed a case against the Capital Development Authority (CDA), stating that the authority was selling the apartments to overseas Pakistanis without their knowledge.
