Executive West Block
The Executive West Block is nearest to the Smart City Interchange, and adjacent to the DHA Gandhara. This block was launched to relocate the members of the Executive Block who had previously been facing plot litigation issues, mainly in the Executive Block(Phase 1), and offers Pre-balloted plots. Capital Smart City’s Latest Developments
Capital Smart City Islamabad development updates show significant progress. The dedicated interchange on the M2 Motorway is fully operational, reducing travel distance to Islamabad from 76 km to 36 km. The 400 ft wide, 18-lane Main Express Boulevard is completed, featuring two cycling tracks and a central lane for the BRT bus service. Approximately 50,000 Kanal of land has been developed, with 13,000 residential plots and 1,000 Smart Villas completed.
Infrastructure for sewage, electricity, and optical fiber networks is complete, and amenities such as mosques, educational institutes, a 100-bed hospital, the largest Rehab Center SIRM, and parks are operational. Development of road networks at La Mer and Lake View Terrace is finished, and work at Chauhan Dam is ongoing to enhance its appeal as a tourist destination. Phase 2 development is progressing rapidly, encompassing the Overseas West and Overseas Prime 2 blocks. The road network linking Phase 2 and DHA 9 is under development. Capital Smart City Development Charges Policy
- The payment of development charges for Overseas Prime, Overseas Central, and Overseas East has been deferred until 31st July 2024.
- The development charges, prime location charges, and surcharges on plots or file prices have been postponed until 30th June 2024.
- The previously collected surcharges shall be credited back to the members’ files.
- Members not complying with the payment of dues after 30th June 2024 shall be required to pay the surcharges and the previously waived-off surcharges.
