Capital Smart City Islamabad is going to conduct a Grand Balloting this year. Yes! Even grander than the previous ones! Capital Smart City has just recently shared the official notification of the grand ballot that is to be conducted on the 7th of December, 2024. The blocks included in this ballot are Capital Smart City Overseas West, Overseas Prime 2, Overseas Executive Block, and all other remaining Overseas Blocks.
Also, the society has divided the members into Slabs, based on their cleared dues. Members having paid the maximum number of dues by 2nd Sep 2024, in a respective block, shall lie in the 1st slab and get free will to choose the desired location. Capital Smart City Grand Ballot 2024: Points to Note
Capital Smart City Grand Ballot 2024 shall be held on 7th December. Along with the announcement of the balloting date, the society’s management has also shared the eligibility criteria and the blocks that are going to be part of this grand ballot. Here are the important points as shared by the CSC official notice regarding this grand ballot.
Blocks Included in the Capital Smart City Grand Balloting
- Capital Smart City Overseas West Block

- Capital Smart City Executive Block
- Capital Smart City Overseas (Overseas Central, Overseas East, and Overseas Prime 1)
Capital Smart City Balloting results for all of these mentioned blocks shall be shared by the management after the event date.
CSC Grand Ballot 2024 Dues Clearance Deadline
As per the official notification by the Capital Smart City management, all the members of the society must submit all their pending dues or installments by 2nd September 2024 to be acknowledged for the grand ballot 2024. Having paid dues till this date, the society shall provide an ‘Acknowledgement Receipt’, as proof. This shall make you eligible for the Capital Smart City Balloting in December 2024.
Failure to Pay Dues till the Grand Ballot Deadline
In case of non-payment of dues or the required installments of the respective blocks, the society has bad news. That is, plots of all such members whose dues are not cleared by the deadline, shall be CANCELED forever. Also, the members won’t be able to retrieve their plots in the future. Additionally, such members will get a 75% refund of their total paid amount. They shall get this amount after a year following the Capital Smart City grand ballot 2024, i.e., on 7th December 2025.

Capital Smart City Overseas Prime 2 Block Balloting
For the Capital Smart City Overseas Prime 2 members, it is important to consider the below-mentioned prerequisites. Minimum dues of 40% are a must to be part of the Grand balloting of the Overseas Prime 2 block.

Capital Smart City Executive Block Balloting
Capital Smart City Executive Block members, particularly the members of Sector D to Sector J will be shifted to Capital Smart City Executive West Block. Executive West is the newly launched block in Capital Smart City Phase 2. This includes balloted as well as non-balloted plots of the mentioned sectors. Minimum dues of 35% should be cleared to be part of Executive Block Balloting.

Capital Smart City balloting 2024 is also great news for the members having plotted in the ‘Overseas’ block. This includes Overseas Central, Overseas Prime 1, and Overseas East Block members.
As per this criterion, members having balloted or non-balloted plots in any of these blocks shall have the opportunity to get their plots adjusted anywhere in society. A minimum of 40% dues clearance is required to be part of this ballot. Further points to note are:
