Capital Smart City Islamabad NOC has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). The current status and history of NOCs in terms of Kanal are as follows:

  • On September 21, 2019, an extended approval was granted for 7,376 Kanal.

Capital Smart City has presented the latest development charges policy for 2024. This policy is announced as a goodwill gesture for all the members. The major points to consider about this Development Charges Policy are listed below:

  • The payment of development charges for Overseas Prime, Overseas Central, and Overseas East has been deferred until 31st July 2024
  • The development charges, prime location charges, and surcharges on plots or file prices have been postponed until 30th June 2024. 
  • The previously collected surcharges shall be credited back to the members’ files.

Members not complying with the payment of dues after 30th June 2024 shall be required to pay the surcharges and the previously waived-off surcharges.
