Sector A is one of the prime sectors of Lahore Smart City because of its location. It is located on the Lahore Ring Road. This sector only offers two sizes of residential plots. It includes 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots. Sector A is designed to have commercials of 4 Marla (backside) and 8 Marla (front side), but a specific area is allocated for large commercial projects where mega commercials buildings will be constructed.
The location and access of Sector A are very easy and prime. Its location is linked with Gate Precincts and the Central Business District of the society. They are designed for greater business purposes. Sector A is also located attached to the Lahore Ring Road. Its main and nearest access is from the Lahore-Gujranwala GT Road (N-5), and its second access point is from Lahore Ring Road bypassing the Panda Mart and Mix sector of the society.
Lahore Smart City Sector B
Sector B is the nearest sector to Lahore-Gujranwala GT Road (N-5) which could provide its residents with very easy access. This sector is designed to have residences of 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and commercials of 4 Marla (backside), and 8 Marla (front side). Sector B also offers multiple high-raised apartments that could be used for multiple purposes. It is connected through different roads from all sides which is convenient for access to other parts of the society.
The location of Sector A is on the Lahore-Gujranwala GT Road (N-5). Its first and nearest access point is also from this road. Lahore Smart City Sector A and Sector B Possession
According to the official notification by Lahore Smart City management in January 2022, the possession of Lahore Smart City Sector A and Sector B was launched in March 2022, and May 2022 respectively. There are certain policies for getting possessions in Lahore Smart City Sector A and Sector B. For instance, all those members who have booked their plots by paying 100% of the dues will be directly given possession of the plots by their own choice without going to balloting. But with the condition that after signing the stamp agreement, the members will start the construction work within 90 days.
In the second stage, the management will announce possession of the plots on a first come first serve basis in Lahore Smart City Sector A and Sector B. In this stage, all those members will be given priority who have booked their plots with 40% and 50% down payments.
Balloting of Lahore Smart City Sector A and sector B
The balloting of Lahore Smart City Sector A and Sector B is expected to start in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2022. There is no official notification from HRL and FDHL, but according to various sources at hand, it is said that the balloting of Executive and Overseas Blocks will be done.
