Gulberg Islamabad is one of Pakistan’s most famous housing projects which was launched in 2005. The development work on the project started in 2009. The second name for Gulberg Islamabad is IBECHS Phase 3, Islamabad. This housing society is designed and developed with modern-day technologies. Gulberg Islamabad is a project owned by Intelligence Bureau Employees Cooperative Housing Society (IBECHS). The society got its NOC approval from Capital Development in 2009 with the Ref# “CDA/PLW-HS (127)/2009/257”.
The society also has MOUs with Islamabad Electric Supply Company and Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited. The balloting of Gulberg Greens is almost 90% completed, and the balloting of Gulberg Residencia is also largely completed. It is expected that the balloting of plots that were not included in the previous balloting will start next year.
