Blue World City NOC has been through multiple phases of approval. Initially, planning permission for 427 Kanal was granted by the District Council in 2018. Currently, the management has applied to two major authorities to acquire NOC approvals.
- Firstly, the NOC for 12,465 Kanal is in the process of being approved by the Punjab Housing and Town Planning (PHATA).
